Intro to Meditation & Mindfulness
The Intro to Mindfulness & Meditation (M&M) class starts with explanation of M&M that will lead into three 5-minute meditation practice sessions with time to share and ask questions after. This course layout encourages student to experiment with their meditation in short manageable bursts. The sharing also allows students to connect as they may hear that other students are going through similar challenges. It is a humbling experience afterall.
Mindful Breaks
Offering the opportunity for students to meditate together like attending a group exercise or yoga class. Classes will be focused on longer meditation times with sharing and questions after to help reinforce the experience and benefits of the practice. Currently there are 15-min and 30-min classes.
